At this year's finals for 4-, 5- and 6-year-old horses at JBK Horse Shows in Odense, Gørklintgårds Diarano first jumped his way to the finals and then placed 13th out of the best young jumpers in Denmark. He was awarded 7,50 points from the judges,

Diarano is a 4-year-old stallion by Diarado / Castro / A-dur. His damline has several elite mares and has - among a string of successful sporthorses - produced Charlotte Lund's international GP jumper Andante. In the spring of 2014 Diarano underwent the performance test in Schlieckau, Germany, and subsequently was given one year breeding approval in Oldenburg Verband.

The dam of Diarano, CC Casanna, is among our broodmares.

In the dressage arena two youngster from Gørklintgård were among the 22 talented 5-year-olds that had qualified for the JBK final - Quater Boy by Quaterback / Don Schufro and Quantico by Quaterback / Carpaccio, both ridden by World Cup rider Nanna Skodborg Merrald whose family purchased the horses as foals. Both did very well but unfortunately did not qualify for the "final final". Nonetheless we are so proud of both horses and look forward to follow them in the future.

Quater Boy's dam, Gørklintgårds Fortuna, is a silvermedal mare and continues to deliver wonderful foals, every year. We also bred the dam of Quantico, Gørklintgårds Luna, but she unfortunately dies very young.
