Gørklintgård is a Danish horse stud, run by Jørgen Ravna nd his family. Birthe takes care of the books, their son Thomas is responsible for the organic cultivation of the more than 100 hectares of land, while their daughter Tina takes care of the website. The family also includes the daughter Lene who works as a journalist, and the two wire haired pointers Kit and Sif.
A half-century of horses
Jørgen bought his first horse 50 years ago. Since then he has become a passionated breeder and now the herd counts more than 20 broodmares. The goal is clear: Breeding sport horses of excellent quality.

Today Gørklintgård horses are found across the globe - in Norway, Sweden, Finland, England, Germany, France, Ukraine, the U.S., The Dominican Republic, Russia and Denmark, of course. The results are numerous. Among other, Jørgen has bred eight licensed stallions, seven Grand Prix dressage horses and three "S" jumpers.
